This girl puppet is made by Hayedeh and Fatemeh, two sisters from Tajmir Village in the South Khorasan Province.
These puppets are made of wood, different colored and needled pieces of fabric, and filled with wool. Tajmir puppets can be an amazing gift for kids. They can make stories and plays while they are getting to know the culture and traditional lifestyle of the Balouch people of Tajmir Village.
The local puppets of Tajmir remind many stories, lullabies, traditional poets, and memories of nomads. These stories and the name of artisans is written on a piece of cloth and folded to it.
As this puppet is totally handmade, the one we send you may have some differences in size and color from the one you see in the photos.
