Description
These colorful decorative hangings are the symbol of welfare and blessing in the South Khorasan Province so they hang them from the wall or the kids’ bed to get rid of the evil spirit.
They use some herbal aromatic plants inside it to make it pleasant and useful.
These colorful decorative hangings were made by the women artisans of Se Qaleh Village in a collaborative project with FAO with the aim of preventing desertification in Iran. During this project, some handicrafts such as decorative hangings, and Sereshit tie accessories were defined as alternative products.
The height of these hangings is about 13 cm and the weight is 14 gr. They are made with different leftover clothes so they can be categorized as eco-friendly products.
These are also great gifts for your friends and loved ones which you make them happy and at the same time help us to make villagers happy.
