Description
This tiny girl doll is made by women artisans in Tajmir Village of the South Khorasan Province. They started to make these local dolls to take part in natural resources protection projects. This project has been supported by the United Nations and Iran’s Forests and Watershed Management Organization.
Artisan women used the leftover colorful fabric after making cloths and made this tiny rotund doll. The tried their best to make them similar to the real clothing of women in their district. They even put some herbal plants inside its belly to make it fragrant.
Each doll has a story behind it which comes from the ancient history and culture of Persians. A part of your purchase profit will be dedicated to the project of educating girl students who left school before.
