Nashtifan is a City of Razavi Khorasan Province, located in the east of Iran. Many people know Nashtifan because of its famous windmills which belong to centuries ago. Locals of this city have been always experiencing tough life due to the cold and dry weather of the deserted areas.

In Iran, many rural districts and small cities do not have English language institutes. Because Nashtifan kids were really excited about learning the English language to have better job opportunities in the future, we decided to define a project for holding English classes in this beautiful historical city.

After some research, we found selling women handmade embroideries as a precious craft product to make money for this project. Now, there are 10 students learning English in Nashtifan with the Roostatish project.
