The Story of Gol Mamad and Gol Bibi:
Gol Mamad was a mill keeper in Nashtifan’s traditional windmills. One day during the powerful 120-day winds of Sistan, Gol Mamad was late returning home. His wife, Gol Bibi, worried and braved the storm to reach him. They shared stories of hard work and love while grinding wheat together at the windmills — a tale symbolizing cooperation, endurance, and rural life in Khorasan.
